Our mission is to spread the joy of the game and offer as many playing opportunities as possible! Women can join our Sunday League or drop in at an Open Gym. Youth players can sharpen their skills at a coed specialty clinic or jump into one of our Youth Girls Open Gyms.
Our Fall 2026 programs are at El Camino College in North Torrance.
We have a recreational league for women ages 18 and up, with games on Sundays this fall at El Camino College. Can’t make Sundays? Join us for 5-on-5 Open Gym, too!
We have specialty clinics for youth players ages 10–18. Girls ages 10–14 can also register for 5-on-5 Open Gym from 4:15 to 5:45 p.m. on regular-season Sundays at El Camino College.
Work on your game, have fun, and make new friends!
Women ages 18 and up can join as individuals, with friends, or with a team. Players range from those returning after high school to former college athletes. Everyone who registers individually is assigned to a team, ensuring everyone has the opportunity to play!

Women’s Recreational League
(Fall, Winter, Spring)
We’re in our 13th season! Women ages 18 and up can join individually, with friends, or with a team. Games are on Sundays at El Camino College in North Torrance. Everyone who registers without a team is assigned to a team, ensuring everyone has the chance to play!
Each team plays seven regular-season games, followed by the playoffs. All teams make the playoffs!
Youth Basketball Clinics
We offer specialty youth basketball clinics to help players work on their game and have more fun! This fall, we’re excited to host one of the nation’s top shooting coaches, Mike Dunn (@SeeMikeDunn), at El Camino College.

Mike has worked one-on-one with thousands of athletes around the world, from NBA players to complete beginners.
Open Gyms for Women and Girls
Women ages 18 and up can join us for 5-on-5 Open Gym in Redondo Beach and at El Camino College (pre-registration required).
Girls ages 10–14 have their own 5-on-5 Open Gym at El Camino College on regular-season Sundays from 4:15 to 5:45 p.m. At Open Gym, players change teams throughout the session in an organized pickup style.
Adult Coed Clinics
We’re excited to offer a shooting clinic with Mike Dunn for adult players (coed). The clinic is Saturday, December 5, 2026, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. at El Camino College. Complete the interest form to receive access to registration.
